Already applied for Emergency Rental Assistance? Here’s how to check your application status!

Statewide IHDA Illinois Rental Payment Program (ILRPP) program:

• Visit the IRPP application status website and enter your Application ID and zip code to check the status of your application.
• You can also contact the IHDA IRPP call center with questions at 866-454-3571 or questions.ilrpp@ihda.org.

City of Chicago Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP):

• Sign into your account on the City’s application website using the username and password you created when you submitted your application.
• You can also contact the City of Chicago’s ERAP call center with questions at (312) 698-0202 or contact one of the community groups providing in-person assistance.
